Waiting-list contact details

When online signups are open, the interest form asks for an adult’s email, an optional name and permission to contact them about availability. Please do not submit a child’s name, email, media, telemetry or setup information.

Fictional demonstrations

Examples on this website use fictional coaching information. In preview mode, only @example.test addresses are accepted. The waiting-list demonstration saves no real registration and sends no email; the separate legacy guided-trial demonstration stores fictional samples in its preview inbox.

Website interactions

The review tools use a browser-tab interaction ledger. They do not send those preview events to an external analytics service. Hosting requests may be handled by the website infrastructure; this page does not promise an absence of hosting logs.

Optional email enquiries

The Unleash address on our contact page is a separate channel for product and access questions. If you email it, you share your email address, message and any information you include. An email enquiry does not automatically join the waiting list. Keep child contact details and sensitive racing records out of an initial enquiry; use the same channel for questions about your message.

Optional website measurement

When measurement is enabled on the live website, we ask before sending usage events to PostHog. With your permission we record the public page, broad source category, selected resource or next-step link, audience category and signup steps. Random tab and request identifiers connect those events. We do not send your name, email, message text, full referrer, URL query or search terms in these events, and we do not enable session replay or person profiles.

Your choice is saved in this browser tab. Use “Measurement settings” to change it; withdrawing stops future measurement and clears the tab’s measurement identifiers. It does not automatically remove events already sent. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals keep this measurement off. Declining does not affect access to resources or signup.

Preview interactions remain separate from live measurement. Hosting and email-provider logs have their own handling; this choice does not disable the website’s essential request processing or durable registration records.

The applicable service notice must explain the controller and contact, processing purpose, service providers, access, retention and how to exercise data choices before real racing records are added. This website explanation does not replace that notice.
