The planned family experience keeps each driver’s records separately scoped. Parents, carers and limited driver accounts have different permissions. Supporting siblings does not grant access to every child’s records.
Planned sharing gives a named coach selected evidence or a portfolio, with a defined scope that can expire or be withdrawn. It does not grant access to every family record or create a coaching agreement.
Coaching records stay within their organisation and authorised roles. Planned family history receives only reviewed, deliberately published outputs. Private team notes, setup books and internal methods are excluded.
Planned downloads and portfolios carry eligible session context forward, without moving the team’s private archive. Export scope, original files, record origin and restrictions remain visible.
Planned family reflections use eligible written observations, laps, equipment and session context. Audio, photos and video are not intended for automatic transcription or media AI analysis. Providers and processing terms are explained before activation.
Confirm platform support, account authority, retention and erasure policies before onboarding. Withdrawing access cannot recall a file someone has already downloaded.
