Waiting-list contact details

Before you join.

This notice covers adult interest in Unleash Racing, separately from driver records, coaching data and trial applications.

Middleleap operates the Unleash Racing waiting list. For questions about your details, to correct them, or to withdraw your request and ask for removal, contact michael@middleleap.com. We collect the adult email address you provide, your optional name and audience category, your choice of early access or a coaching enquiry, and a record of your contact request and the notice shown when you sign up. We use these details to confirm your request and contact you about access or a possible supported coaching pilot. If you choose a guide, we include one relevant guide with your confirmation. Joining does not create an account, start a trial, take a payment, or subscribe you to a newsletter. Please do not provide a child's contact details, racing records, photos or private team files. Vercel hosts the website and application, Supabase stores the waiting-list records, and Resend delivers confirmation and operational emails. Authorised Middleleap operators review requests in a protected inbox. The internal signup alert links to that inbox rather than including your name or email address. Sentry monitors the application's background processing. These services also process technical information needed to operate and protect the service, which can include request, security and delivery records. Service providers may process information outside your country; Resend states that its stored email data is held in the United States, even when email is sent from its European region. We retain your active waiting-list contact details for 365 days from signup unless you ask us to remove them sooner. Scheduled cleanup removes expired waiting-list records. If you separately proceed to a trial or paid service, that service has its own notice and retention arrangements. Limited records of operator actions, containing references and status changes rather than your name or email, may remain after a waiting-list entry is removed. Delivery records, technical logs and backup copies are handled separately from the active waiting list and may remain until their applicable retention periods end. Removing an entry cannot recall an email already sent or immediately remove every backup copy. The confirmation page uses an essential receipt cookie that expires after 15 minutes. When optional website measurement is available, we ask separately before using PostHog to measure public pages, broad source categories, selected resources and signup steps with random tab and request identifiers. These events exclude your name, email and message text; their attribution labels exclude full referrer URLs and search terms. If you allow measurement when you join, we also save your broad source, public landing page and any recognised campaign label with your waiting-list record, under the same retention policy. Withdrawing measurement permission stops future measurement and clears this tab's measurement identifiers; it does not automatically erase events already sent or attribution already saved with your signup. Declining measurement does not affect signup. See the website privacy page for measurement controls and the difference between these events and essential hosting logs.

Keep the first step small.

The form requests an adult email, optional name and audience, availability contact permission, and an optional guide with your confirmation. With optional usage measurement consent, it also records a broad source category and a public landing page; full referrer URLs and search queries are not stored. Do not include child contact details, photos, session records or private team information. Joining does not grant permission to process a driver’s racing history.
